Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process information including:
- your name;

- email address;
- telephone number;
- booking and stay information;
- accommodation and arrival/departure details;
- communications you send to us;

Bookings
Our websites use Amenitiz booking services to provide availability and booking functionality.
When you use the booking interface, information necessary to search for accommodation or complete a booking may be processed by Amenitiz and its associated payment or technical providers.
Payment-card information entered into the booking system is handled through the relevant booking/payment provider. We do not use this website to collect or store full payment-card details ourselves.
SAMS
We use our own accommodation-management system, SAMS, to help administer guests, bookings, stays, communications, operational records and related services.
Information held in SAMS may include contact details, booking history, stay information and records required to provide and administer our services.
Breakation Family
Breakation Family is our guest membership and loyalty programme.
Where a guest is considered for, invited to or joins Breakation Family, we may process information relating to their previous stays, invitations, membership status and relevant guest feedback.
Joining through a secure invitation may record the guest's acceptance and privacy consent against their existing customer and Family membership records.
Reviews
We may receive or import reviews relating to stays at Edward Place from third-party platforms, including Booking.com, Google, Airbnb and Tripadvisor.
Where appropriate, we may use information contained in a review to identify the booking or stay to which the review relates.
SAMS may suggest a possible booking match. Where our processes require confirmation, the review is not treated as confirmed against that booking until the match has been reviewed and confirmed.
Confirmed review information may form part of our guest records and may be considered as part of Breakation Family eligibility or recommendation processes.
Google Services
Parts of our websites use Google services, including Google Maps, to display maps and location information.
When these services are loaded, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information and information associated with your interaction with the service.
Google's own privacy terms apply to its processing of information through those services.

Our Lawful Bases
Depending on the circumstances, we process personal information where:
- it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract;

- it is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests; or
- you have given consent where consent is the appropriate lawful basis.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, accounting, tax, operational and dispute-resolution requirements.
Different types of information may therefore be kept for different periods.
